Tell us about your role here on Ibiza.

I’m the General Manager at Beachouse (beachouseibiza. com) in Playa d’en Bossa.

What’s the best thing about working there?

It’s and office with a view! Plus I have a great team.

Can you describe the view?

Amazing sea views for miles around!

What’s the dress code?

For me, ‘decontracté’, but maybe hippie chic is the best way to describe it.

What’s new at Beachouse this year?

This summer, we’re concentrating our energies on the food and upgrading the service. So we have a brand new seafood bar, and between 19.00-21.00 you can take an aperitif with complimentary food and chilled-out music.

Can you recommend one thing we should try from the menu?

Almost everything, the quality of the food is excellent. But if I had to choose, the wild fish of the day is amazing.

What events should we look out for this summer?

Come and take an aperitif between 19.00-21.00 each day!
