1. Have a goal in mind. Clear intentions will help you through the tough moments when you’re craving a quick bite. 

2. Take time to wind down. It’s in your interests to keep social engagements to a minimum! 

3. Try to cut down on caffeine and alcohol and instead drink lots and lots of water. 

4. Eat less and try to keep it mostly vegetarian. You’re about to embark on a plant-based diet so it’s best to cut down animal proteins.
