Atzaró has just added a Peruvian bar to its already varied culinary offer. With this addition Atzaró aims to bring authentic Peruvian flavours to the mountains of northern Ibiza and it has certainly been achieved thanks to the work of chef Omar Dañobeytia. He has been in Ibiza just one month and has already delighted the most refined palates with the delicate flavours and textures of the fish ceviches with caramelised sweet potato and tiger’s milk – a mix of lemon aromatised with fish flavours and chillies – and the sublime grilled octopus with rocket, mushrooms, mini corn cobs and purple carrots. These are just two examples of a menu full of delicious dishes that also include tiraditos and causas, which you can complement with one of the cocktails made with Pisco. ÏUMAG loves Pisco Sour, made with pisco, lemon juice, egg whites, sugar and a few drops of angostura. Also Wednesdays and Sundays Atzaró features live music to add even more colour and rhythm to this wonderful Peruvian bar.
